For those who asked, here are the current statistics of community ownership concerning a rental initiative that would limit the number of rentals in the community:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15 Homes owned by landlords
48 Collected votes in favor of limiting rentals
56 Outstanding votes
41 Votes in favor of limiting rentals needed<\/p>\n\n\n\n


~ 13% rentals in the community<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Owned by private landlords living in Indiana<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lawrence Woods residents, please note. The pool at our neighboring Admiral’s Landing is not for our use. It is not a Lawrence Woods or a public pool. Please refrain from using it.

As of 04\/2024, the rental initiative is now tabled due to a lack of participation. We simply did not get enough votes. As of this writing, our community is comprised of 14% rentals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
