As of 04/2024, the rental initiative is now tabled due to lack of participation. We simply did not get enough votes. As of this writing, our community is comprised of 14% rentals.
2024 Annual Meeting
The meeting, held online, was attended by 13 residents. The following was discussed:
- Annual block party
- Holding future annual meetings in person (possibly at annual meeting)
- Rejuvenating the pond area
- Exploring a more rapid response to violations
