41 Votes in favor of limiting rentals needed
~ 13% rentals in the community
Of the rentals:
11 Owned by corporate landlords
4 Owned by private landlords living in Indiana

As of 04/2024, the rental initiative is now tabled due to lack of participation. We simply did not get enough votes. As of this writing, our community is comprised of 14% rentals.
